Check Availability Before You Buy

Before purchasing 3 Discovery Private Sessions, please check availability with us first! Most of our private sessions take place in the afternoon, and evening spots are very limited—we only offer a few each month.

To ensure we can accommodate your schedule, please call or text the studio at (250) 488-1948 before making your purchase. Since availability varies, we want to make sure we can find a time that works for you!

  • A quick reminder: All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so via email, call/text (250) 488-1948, or through our studio app.

STUDIO POLICY

​At PMR, we want to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. Here are a few key policies to keep in mind:

Cancellations

  • Group Classes: Please cancel at least 6 hours in advance if you can’t make it.

  • Private or Duet Sessions: These require a 24-hour notice to cancel.

  • Cancellations must be made through your app, email or phone—we’re unable to accept cancellations via social media.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you cancel outside the required notice period, the full session fee will apply as a Late Cancellation.

  • Not showing up for a booked session will also be considered a Late Cancellation.

Payments & Purchases

  • All classes and sessions must be paid for in advance. If you have an unpaid balance, you’ll need to clear it before attending.

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Special offer packages are a one-time purchase—perfect for getting started!

Membership Terms

  • Billing: Memberships are rolling with monthly auto-payments. Your enrolment date becomes your monthly payment date.

  • Payments: Make sure you always have an active payment card stored in your account.

  • Unused Credits: Any unused credits can’t be transferred or rolled over to the next month.

  • Pausing Memberships: Need a break? You can pause your membership for one billing month at a time with at least 3 business days’ notice before your next payment.

  • Memberships and studio prices are reviewed annually, typically in December.

Packages & Expiry

  • 1 Credit: 30 days

  • 5 Credits: 3 months

  • 10 Credits: 3 months

  • 15 Credits: 6 months

  • 20 Credits: 6 months

  • 30 Credits: 10 months

Housekeeping

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here are a few friendly reminders:

  • We may substitute teachers or cancel/change classes due to sickness, holidays, or low attendance (fewer than 3 attendees).

  • Please arrive on time—unfortunately, we can’t allow entry 10 minutes after class starts.

  • Phones should be on silent during sessions.

  • Avoid wearing zippers or buttons as they can damage the equipment.

  • Let’s keep it positive! Foul language or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.

Session Durations

  • Group classes are 45 minutes long—short and effective!

  • Private sessions are 55 mins!
