Cancellation Policy

Notification Period: Clients are required to provide notice of cancellation no later than 12 hours before the scheduled session time. Our system won't allow cancellations outside this timeframe. To cancel after the 12 hour window, either text 250-488-1948 with your full name and class details or use our studio app. Late Cancellation: If a client cancels a session within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, they will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their sessions without incurring a late cancellation fee if they provide at least 12 hours' notice. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss possible alternatives. No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing any prior notice ("no-show"), they will be charged a “no-show” fee of $10 in addition to losing the class credit. Communication: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to the instructor or our administration team via phone, email, or the designated communication platform. Exceptions: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, such as severe illness or family emergencies. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
