I enjoy winters on the mountain and summers on the lake. I also run a non-profit, The Children’s Showcase, that brings professional children’s entertainment to Penticton families. And in my spare, spare time, I occasionally work as an actor in Okanagan-based film productions!"
A Bit About Me
I dabbled with Pilates Mat Work through the years but did not fully immerse myself until being introduced to the equipment at Penticton Classical Pilates under instructor Sharon Parsons. In all honesty, a regular ‘fitness’ routine has always been a challenge for me, until I got fully acquainted with Classical Pilates. Now I feel stronger than I have ever felt in my life, daily activities are done with more ease and less stiffness and I approach workouts with excitement rather than dread!
My aim is to share my excitement and passion of the transformative effects of this method with any and all that are eager to join me.
