Classical Mat Pilates
Step into our Classical Mat Pilates class, where you’ll experience the timeless exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Staying true to the original methods, Classical Pilates ensures a rich, effective workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Our highly trained instructors, who undergo extensive training and continuous education, guide you through precise movements that faithfully align with Joseph Pilates’ teachings.
Reformer on the Mat
Experience all the advantages of a reformer workout without the need for equipment. This inspiring mat class offers a unique approach to familiar exercises, providing a full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and improves flexibility.

Level: Intermediate to advanced
Spine Corrector
Relieve tightness and discomfort in your hip flexors caused by prolonged sitting, stress, or overexertion with this specialized class. Utilizing props such as the spine corrector, yoga straps, blocks, and 2x4, we'll focus on opening up the hips and increasing mobility.
Pilates + Dance
Indulge in the perfect harmony of movement and grace with our Pilates and Dance Fusion class! This unique blend seamlessly marries the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the fluidity and expressive energy of dance. Sculpt, tone, and dance your way to a more vibrant you as you explore the joy of movement in a dynamic and uplifting atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a Pilates enthusiast, this class promises a delightful fusion that celebrates both strength and artistry. What To Wear: This class can be done with bare feet or shoes.
All equipment in-studio is provided.
Barre
Barre classes use a combination of exercises inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.”
Light hand weights, resistance bands, yoga straps, exercise balls are often incorporated into the choreography.
What To Wear: Barre can be done with bare feet or barre socks.
