✨ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy All sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be charged in full. • Our system won’t allow late cancellations online, if you’re inside the window, please text 250-488-1948 with your full name and class details, or use the studio app. • True emergencies (sudden illness, family stuff, life curveballs), reach out as soon as you can and we’ll figure it out together.
