I enjoy winters on the mountain and summers on the lake. I also run a non-profit, The Children’s Showcase, that brings professional children’s entertainment to Penticton families. And in my spare, spare time, I occasionally work as an actor in Okanagan-based film productions!

I believe movement should be a part of our lives because it makes us feel good. Prior to Pilates, I was struggling with a negative relationship with exercise; Pilates transformed my life. I became immersed with moving my body in an effective, intentional and safe way and in turn, developed a healthy relationship with movement. I found a dee- connection of mind and body within myself and wanted to continue practicing because it made me feel good.
I recently moved to the Okanagan from the Lower Mainland. I have been an avid dancer for 25 years and have taught dance for the past 6 years. Recently, I have developed an interest in pre and post natal Pilates and am further developing my skills in order to offer this to others. I believe in continuing education and am actively seeking for ways to increase my knowledge to serve.
I enjoy sharing my passions with others and strive to create a welcoming and supportive space for you to enjoy moving your bodies in. I am thrilled and honoured to be a part of this community and a part of your own Pilates journey.
Alexandria Jeans
Yoga Instructor
My name is Alexandria, and I was born and raised in Newfoundland, but the Okanagan is my forever home now. I live with my fiance Graham and my dog Riley in Summerland and have a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. I really found solace in yoga in 2018 after I was diagnosed with shingles in my last year of University and it became the one activity I could comfortably do. Flash forward 2020 when I decided to become a yoga teacher to share yoga with others - I have fallen completely in love with it, taking additional trainings in prenatal yoga, accessible yoga, sound healing, and more.
