We’re a cozy little boutique studio doing big things with Classica Pilates.

Small group classes? Yep.
Personalized 1:1 sessions? Absolutely.
A community that’s supportive, real, and not afraid to laugh mid-teaser? That too.

Whether you’re just getting started or deep in your practice (hi, teaser pros), this space is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and actually want to show up for your body.

We’re rooted in the classical method — because it works.
We focus on intentional movement, supportive teaching, and transformation that doesn’t feel overwhelming or out of reach. Just one breath, one session, one little victory at a time.

At The Pilates Room, we keep things simple.
(But like… the intentional kind of simple. Not the boring kind.)

We’re rooted in classical mat Pilates — the kind that actually works.
No fluff. No gimmicks. Just smart, feel-it-in-your-core movement that helps you move better, feel stronger, and remember that your body is not the enemy. It’s actually kind of incredible.

We keep our group classes small because we like knowing your name.
(Although, full disclosure: Sharon will absolutely forget it. But she’ll remember your dog’s name and your hamstring tightness. So… trade-off?)

We offer 1:1 private sessions because sometimes your body needs its own roadmap.
And we added an infrared sauna because — let’s be honest — your nervous system deserves a hug, and stress is basically a full-time job now.

This is your space to show up as you are.
Messy bun, wobbly plank, questioning every life decision?

COMMON QUESTIONS

New to Pilates? Or just new to us? Let’s start with the good stuff. We recommend kicking things off with 3 Discovery Privates — one-on-one sessions that are all about you. Your body, your goals, your pace. These sessions are where we build your foundation. We’ll walk you through the classical method (don’t worry, no pop quiz), give you personalized support, and help you feel confident, strong, and actually excited to move. Got an injury? Rebuilding strength? Just want to stop guessing and start knowing what your body needs? Perfect. This is your starting line. One step, one session, one “wait... I can do that” at a time.

DO YOU PROVIDE A MAT? Absolutely. We’ve got mats. We’ve got magic circles. We’ve got flex bands, hand weights, and probably one too many foam rollers. Basically? If you need it for class, we’ve got it. All you need to bring is you (and maybe a water bottle if you're feeling fancy). 😊
